Whether you join us just for a drink or for some food The Wild Boar will be a great casual and informal village and countryside pub for the local community and visitors alike. As well as the traditional drinks we have also sourced some great craft beer. We will always have the best of chops, cutlets, steaks on the bone, cured meats, local cheeses and pies on the menu. Seafood from Kilmore Quay & Kilkeel will also feature including seasonal oysters served with blackrock stout and whole fish cooked on the bone. Homemade jams, relishes, chutneys and fruit cordials from local and artisan food producers will also be available. All of our ingredients will be sourced locally where possible and served simply and at very affordable prices.
